I am an Organizational Consultant that gets excited when my clients have that Ah-Ha! moment as we work through a situation where they need help. I thoroughly enjoy working with people to get them to think differently, which can also translate into doing things differently. Understanding the benefits of thinking and doing things differently provides the ability to continue to learn and grow. My neurodiversity allows me to be an excellent active listener, while also being able to deconstruct the issue at hand, to then ply my innate analytical and logical capabilities to help my client figure out how best to resolve their issue. I am known to burst the bubbles that managers live in and get them to realize there is more to consider.
